We publish monthly summary stats taken from most of our members. We exclude some of the smallest businesses and those that have a different business model and could skew the figures.

However, Rosaling Renshaw the well know property journalist picked up on this last week and wrote an article in Property Industry Eye entitled “What is the property market doing and is it on the turn?” which attracted lots of comments from lots of agents.
