Utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax

Default Payments:

1. Where there is loss of a key or other security device giving access to the property = Equivalent to cost incurred
2. Following failure to pay rent in full within 14 days of it becoming due - Limited to interest charged at 3% above Bank of England base Rate

Changing the tenancy documents after the commencement of the tenancy = £41.67 excluding VAT - £50 including VAT
