Coldstream Holiday Park is located above the banks of the river Tweed, in the iconic Scottish Borders town of Coldstream. A pleasant walk takes you to the town centre where there are fantastic local amenities including shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and take away. The Hirsel estate and Hirsel Golf Course are practically on our doorstep. Coldstream is a great base for exploring the rolling countryside, stunning coastlines and vibrant towns of both Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.

Our park is open 11 1/2 months of the year, all new caravans are sold with a 25 year BH&HPA site licence agreement. Our site fee’s for 2024 are £3,550.
