Early Termination (Tenants Request)-Tenants are liable for unpaid rental and other reasonable costs incurred by the agent but capped at the landlord's loss with the early termination of the tenancy
Any other permitted payments stated under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 including contractual damages

Tenant will be liable to pay for the following services directly to the supplier:
