Let STCPhilip Wooller - 020 8811 2929PW000749
A generous Victorian semi detached house on this tree lined street in the heart of Acton. The house, which has been stylishly decorated, has much original character and detail and, apart from the two reception spaces, offers three good double bedrooms and one single bedroom, a family bathroom/shower. There is separate utility off the kitchen/dining room and under-stairs storage. As is typical in this area, the 2nd reception at the rear leads directly on to the generous west-facing garden with side access gate. Large surrounding gardens and this attractive street give the house lovely aspects to both front and rear. Julian Avenue is ideally located within a few minutes walk to a number of popular schools and parks, and to Acton Mainline tube (Elizabeth Line links to Paddington, Bond St, Canary Wharf, Heathrow). Both Acton Central (Overground), Acton Town (Piccadilly) stations are also within easy reach. Nearby Churchfield Road offers a vibrant cafe culture and has a great selection of boutique shops, delis and restaurants.
