Let STCPhilip Wooller - 020 8811 2929PW000044
A charming Victorian semi detached house on this wide, elegant tree lined street within the most desired pocket of the Ravenscourt and Starch Green Conservation Area. The house, which has been newly decorated, has much original character and detail and apart from terrific reception space offers four good double bedrooms, a family bathroom and shower room served by a 'Megaflow' pressurized hot water system. There is useful attic and basement storage/laundry space. It has been extended at the rear to provide a superbly light family / kitchen space leading onto a well established 70' x 20' south west facing garden with side access. Large surrounding gardens and this attractive street give the house really lovely aspects to both front and rear. Binden Road runs between Rylett Road and Rylett Crescent, to the west of Askew Road. This network of streets are quiet and well spaced apart and contain some of the best family houses and gardens in the area. Ravenscourt Park is within a few minutes walk , as are both Stamford Brook and Ravenscourt Park tubes. The proximity of numerous good schools and the shopping and transports hubs of Hammersmith and Westfield make this the perfect family location.
